DCH) is a Medical Doctor (Pediatrician) and is actively involved in the interviewing and selection process. The Managing Director, Mr. Anil Goyel (B.Sc) has an executive management qualification from Harvard Business School, USA.

In order to ensure that we choose only the most qualified nurses, we put all our nurses through an intensive admissions program that is highly selective. As of now we have a searchable database with over 1000 nurses and about 50 Occupational and Physio-therapists that are registered with us and are ready to start working abroad. We have close ties with large employers such as NHS in the UK and several large companies in the United States. We are in the process of forming strategic alliances within Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada.
