I). The Report will be in Excel Format.

II). Keyword Generation:

A brief study will be done on your website and your competitors websites to generate the most relevant keywords that are related to your services and/or products.

I will also mention in the report of how many times in a day was this keyword searched to give you a basic idea of the importance of that keyword also known as Search Keyword Frequency

In all 7 (seven) keyphrases* will be chosen which are most appropriate to your website.

III). Major Search Engines & Directories Targetted:

The top 5 Major Search Engines & Directories reported by StatMarket (August 2002) are:

2. Yahoo
3. Msn
4. AOL
5. Go Network ( popularly known as go.com or Overture)

They represent approx 96.71% of the total search engine queries per day, or approximately 308 out of 319 million.

This leaves 3.29% left for ALL other engines/directories/pay per bid engines or approximately 11 out of 319 million.

In all 5 (the above five) search engines will be targetted.
